Gold Fields announced it received the Certificate of Authorisation (environmental approval) from Quebec's Ministry of the Environment for its Windfall gold project in Canada. This is the principal environmental authorization required to proceed to construction and full project development. The company expects to publish a Final Investment Decision by February 2027.

• Windfall is expected to produce approximately 300,000 ounces of gold per year once ramped up
• Gold Fields will progress the Final Investment Decision (FID) subject to Board approval, expected by February 2027
