FLY · $1.3B engine deal with ASTS

Firefly Aerospace announced a three-year agreement with AST SpaceMobile valued at more than $1.3 billion to deliver 36 rocket engines, license engine IP, and provide engineering support for AST SpaceMobile's new heavy-lift rocket. The deal provides Firefly with cash and AST shares to accelerate its own launch vehicle production and technology roadmap.
