Amendment No. 1 to the Schedule 14D-9 discloses that two directors/executive officers of Cementos Pacasmayo (Raimundo Morales Dasso and Humberto Nadal del Carpio) intend to tender their shares into Holcim's mandatory tender offer at S/8.93 per share. The amendment also adds a long-standing services agreement between the company and the purchaser as an exhibit. The board's recommendation is not changed by this amendment; the original recommendation remains as filed.
