What the reasons mean
T1 News pending — trading frozen until the company releases material news; expect a gap on reopen.
H10 SEC suspension — the most serious flag, usually suspected fraud; stocks typically reopen much lower.
H4 · H9 · T12 Compliance trouble — listing violations or overdue filings; a delisting-risk warning.
LUDP · T5 Volatility pause — automatic circuit breaker after a sharp move; routine, resumes in minutes.
Reg SHO threshold list 1

Every stock here has had short sales failing to settle for 5+ straight days — a sign of aggressive or stressed short selling. Squeeze traders watch this list because brokers are forced to buy back those failed positions, which can push the price up. Days-to-cover and short interest show how crowded the short side already is.

No listing changes captured yet — tracking started Jul 5, 2026. New flags and delistings will appear within hours of Nasdaq publishing them.
