Summary

This bill requires the Small Business Administration (SBA) to provide information to small businesses about individual coverage health reimbursement arrangements (ICHRAs).

Sec. 2, Outreach to small businesses on ICHRAs: The SBA Administrator must share information developed by appropriate federal agencies about ICHRAs with small businesses through small business development centers and SBA district offices. The Administrator must also include this information in SBA outreach and communications, including social media, press releases, and the SBA website. The term "appropriate Federal agency" includes the Treasury, Health and Human Services, and Labor Departments, as determined by the SBA Administrator. "Individual coverage health reimbursement arrangement" is defined by a specific 2019 federal rule. "Small business concern" and "small business development center" have the meanings from the Small Business Act.
